Frequently asked questions

  • At our clinic, we operate on a cash-based model because we work for you — not the insurance companies. This approach allows us to focus entirely on your health and recovery without the limitations or restrictions often imposed by insurance providers. With cash-based services, we can spend more time with each patient, provide more thorough and personalized treatment, and ultimately deliver better outcomes. Your care is our priority, and this model ensures you receive the attention and quality treatment you deserve.

  • Each visit is a dedicated one-on-one session with me as your doctor. During your initial 60-minute evaluation, I’ll take a detailed history, perform orthopedic assessments, provide spinal and joint adjustments, and guide you through a personalized exercise prescription—everything tailored specifically to your needs. From day one, we’ll start building your individualized care plan. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and come ready to move as we work together toward better function and long-term results.

  • Follow-up visits are 30-minute one-on-one sessions where we reassess your progress, make any needed adjustments, and continue building on your personalized plan. Each visit may include spinal or joint manipulation, soft tissue work, and progressive rehab exercises—all tailored to your goals. Whether you’re focused on reducing pain, improving movement, or getting back to performance, every session is designed to move you forward.

  • Unlike some chiropractic approaches that push long-term care plans, my focus is on resolving your issue—not keeping you coming back indefinitely. Your treatment plan is based on the severity of your condition and how you respond to care, not sales tactics. While every case is different, most patients see meaningful improvement within just 3 to 6 visits.

  • My 1-on-1 coaching is built around solid, evidence-based training to help you move better, get stronger, and reach your goals. I tailor each program to your needs using proven strength methods that improve movement, build resilience, and support long-term progress—whether you're training for performance or simply looking to feel better and move with confidence.
